I had awful pain in my wrist for the last two weeks. Asked a different physio in a different clinic and all she said was rest it and did some dry needling, and was told to come back after a few days. Nothing was working. Came to see Tripti Patel from a friends recommendation. I was treated with an underlying cause and it was concluded to be a nerve pain rather than a simple muscle overuse injury. After I finished with the one session, Tripti didn’t even ask me to come back and said it’s all good. My pain is gone! Genuinely the best physio, who really does care about your progress and doesn’t cling onto the money aspect of it!

I recently visited Vitality Way physio in Algester to see Dr. Trupti with my mother, who has been suffering from chronic pain following a spinal fusion surgery. From the very first session, Trupti took exceptional care of my mother, treating her with the utmost compassion and professionalism.

Trupti Patel has an amazing wealth of information and experience as a physiotherapist. I've had a spinal fusion and seen her for post lumber fusion chronic sacrum and sciatic pain. She adjusts exercises to your needs so you can do them at home.

I've known Trupti for approximately ten years and had treatment for a torn ankle ligament. Rehabilitation post spinal surgery, that included core strengthening and stretching exercises that Trupti tailors to your individual pain tolerance and needs. I have also seen her for knee rehabilitation post meniscus tear and Bakers cyst eruption. Treatment for vertigo from a bad posture at a computer / iPhone.

I have been to several other physiotherapists and none of them have the wealth of knowledge and experience that Trupti holds. I greatly appreciate her deep compassion and assistance.

I have been visiting the Vitality Way regularly and I have been extremely happy throughout their services.

I experienced severe upper back and shoulder blade pain earlier due to poor sleeping habits. After enduring the discomfort for a couple of weeks, I decided to visit Vitality Way. During my first consultation, there was only slight improvement due to my resistance to pain and extremely stiff muscles. A week later, I returned to Vitality Way, and they took it as a challenge to restore my health within a week. Over five consecutive days, my condition improved significantly, step by step. Trupti also followed up with daily messages and phone calls to monitor my progress. I could feel the pain gradually disappearing, and within a week, I was completely back to normal. The follow-up messages even continued after the treatment was completed.

I attended a physiotherapy appointment for an ongoing shoulder niggle and the therapist promised to email me the stretches and exercises that I needed to do. No email was received. The whole experience was a waste of time and money. They were only interested getting repeat visits. Even telling me to go to the doctors and get on a care plan to sponge the system.

OMG... if you need an awesome Physiotherapist then book yourself into see the beautiful Trupti Patel. I have had back issues for months with Osteoarthritis and just one session with Trupti had me actually walking with no pain! She is strong (I'm very overweight), great sense of humor and explains each movement and why. The young receptionist Winnie is helpful and so friendly. I desperately needed to see a physio as I woke up one morning and couldnâ€™t barely walk! I called Vitality Way to get an appointment however Trupti was unfortunately fully booked with back-to-back appointments. I had a return phone call from the reception staff shortly after to say that Trupti would stay back and see me at 7pm that day. I was so pleased and grateful that I would be seen too as I was in so much pain and could hardly walk; which has never happened before. On seeing Trupti and during the consultation, she was very thorough, determined the cause and set about rectifying which saw immediate relief. This carried on through to the following day where I was back to near normal. Trupti also gave some at home exercises to do to help stretch the problem area and ease pain. Thank you again Trupti!

I've only had good experience here at Vitality Way. I was 8 months postpartum when I stumbled upon this gem and prior to that, I have been doing online Mater physiotherapy as it was a bit too far to travel. So I found a local physiotherapist and Vitality Way was one of the highly rated places in Algester and truly didn't disappoint. Ash was friendly, welcoming and worked on releasing my tight muscles very well. She knew the right places to focus on and after the first few sessions, I already had significant improvements in my shoulder numbness that was hindering me from getting sleep at night. She gave me plenty of exercises and talked me through them and explained how those exercises helped me. She gave me constant motivation to do the exercises and I saw her almost every week for the first six weeks and then once a fortnight after that. I occasionally just go to her now when I've overworked my muscles from tending to sick baby. Highly recommend this place. :) thanks Ash!

This review is based on my 1.5 year experience with the clinic and coming from someone who never writes reviews. My experience with whole team was commendable, they are very professional and considerate towards their clients. I first saw Trupti, the lead physiotherapist, in January 2021 after getting a knee fracture. After the surgery, I was left with very restricted movement and was not able to walk properly. Trupti helped me to go back to my pre-injury level by providing excellent therapeutic techniques, home-based plans, yoga and pilates sessions. Due to her remarkable knowledge and experience, she was able to guide me through all steps and literally made me stand on my feet again. Apart from the professional aspect, she is the most humble and caring individual who treats her patients very empathetically. She always try to go beyond her professional capacity to help her clients achieve their health goals. When I was moving to Sydney, she was kind enough to guide me through videos to just make sure I stay fit and manage my knee pain. No one does this, right. The only thing that happened good to me while recovering from very bad knee fracture is finding this clinic. So, I highly recommend vitality way services if you need to achieve physical fitness and rehabilitation goals in a faster, reliable and effective way.

Vitality Way Algester is a small and client-friendly physiotherapy clinic. The staff are always caring and considerate towards their patients.
The physiotherapy service offered is very professional. The principal, Ms Trupti Patel, is highly experienced and very perceptive in identifying the causes of body pain and responding with appropriate treatment. Everything is done in a gentle and measured way. The outcome for me was surprising, an immediate improvement in my well-being and a clear plan to maintain pain relief into the future.
I highly recommend this service for those who have tried other methods of pain relief without success. The treatment offered here really does help.

Trudpi uses holistic approach when she helped me with my problem. I have been having Vestibular Migraine for the past 2 years and it has significantly impacted my life not in a nice way. Not only she was able to identify which areas of my neck and back which caused tightness, she also helped me with my mental health because it also contributes to my migraine. After several sessions with her, I am now in a much better place compared to where I was 2 years ago. The most important thing is I now know what I need to do when my migraine decides to pay a visit. I first came to vitality way to see Trupti when I was in my first trimester, I could say it was a life saver especially while being pregnant you get heavier. Baby is now 6 weeks, Iâ€™ve developed really bad back pain from feeding my newborn with poor posture. I went to see Trupti once and I already feel not as sore and lighter! I can not appreciate high enough how much effort Vitality Way has put for my back pain recovery.

I had a severe Upper Back and Shoulder Blade pain due to a bad sleeping habit back in December. This sustained for a couple of weeks before I consulted Vitality Way. During the first consultation, due to my resistance towards pain and very stiff muscles, there was a minimal improvement. I approached Vitality Way again after a week. Trupti at Vitality Way then took this as a challenge and determined to bring it back to normal within one week. The mission lasted for 5 days continuously and step by step it improved tremendously. Additionally, she made every day follow up messages and phone calls to get an update how was the progress. I could feel that the pain is disappearing day by day and within a week, I was completely back to normal. The follow up messages continued even after the treatment.
I am very glad, I had chosen Vitality Way for their professional attitude, best client service and their intention to completely eradicate the pain.
