2. Rewards are subject to verification by Vitality Way.

3. The rewards (discount or credits) are not redeemable for cash or transferable or used for group classes.

4. The referee must be a new client at our clinic and only first consultation will count towards the reward.

5. The referrer credits can only be used for future consultation, and a maximum of $20 credit will be applied at a given time.
