This is ultimate workout for busy people who would like to achieve maximum benefits from exercises in an hour. This workout will cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular attention paid to building tone in the deeper postural muscles. The work out will vary every week depending on client’s preference.

A Pre-Pilates Assessment is essential for all new Fusion clients. This 20-30 minute assessment involves your musculoskeletal assessment including previous injury (if any) to determine the best workout for your ability level and goals.
What to expect in our Fusion class?
This class involves use of mat and small equipment to increase your fitness level, recover from injury and improve full body strength. Sessions are complemented with the hands-on treatment delivered by our skilled Physiotherapists.
What to bring in Fusion class?
Please bring –
- drink bottle; and
- non-slip socks.
