What to expect in your massage appointment?

Massage Therapist will identify the cause of an issue by discussing your health history and then work specifically on the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia that are affected. This will result in achieving improvement in mobility, reduced pain, reduced tension or a combination. Let us know any conditions you have or medicines you are taking.

Following initial assessment, you will be asked to lie down on the massage table. You will be covered with a towel during the massage and calm music will be used to help you relax. Please tell our therapist if you feel uncomfortable at any time during the massage.
